Be much easier if you draw the people first so that you get anatomy and proportions right, then draw the pool around them. If ya want, thursday I can help you out if you want to meet up. Tal left for meps and basic so I now have the living room all to myself (it's like my bedroom lol). You can come over and we can sketch it out and stuff. I bet you anything I can even help with the pose by posing for you! let me know

Start off with Mr. Stick Man, well Mr. Stickman and a bunch of his brothers and sisters, (and maybe a wife, Mr. Stickman must get lonely sometimes!!!!!). Once you get the poses done you can outline the pool, that way if ze creative mind no likey you can erase Mr. Stickman and do him all over.

Though I often feel bad for Mr. Stickman when I erase him cause then he has to move....Also a 6H/2H Pencil does wonders for sketchy drawings (Also good for shading -hugs her wonderful pencils- only problem is you have to sharpen them but less often than normal pencils). Then you just go over the product you want with a 2B pencil and lightly erase the 6H/2H pencil, and often you can use Mr. Circles for shading if you're too lazy to erase, Mr. Stickman(and siblings!) Evolve into Mr. Circles and then do your usual Shabang and VOILA!! What joo visualize.

So basically I'm saying do them both at once in rough sketch then go over the detail with whichever you want to do first. That way you get the anatomy of everything down pat before all of the detail gets put in.

If you want I'll send up a 6H Pencil for you, once I get unlazy enough to buy a postage stamp, urg it's monsoon season, they're simply amazing to use. Btw I did that points Tally thing, Artemis is winning by A LOT of points you might want to worry about that.

2h is just a mechanical pencil....Micheals will have them and if I remember correctly there's one right next to Borders by The Mall they have this 8 pencil set for 6 bucks.
