I'm seriously impatient here for the fright fest that's coming up in an amusement park near me. my friend Liz and I are going with people from Ctcon adn we're gonna dress up anime style... woohoo!!! *ahem* Anyway, even though I'm not good with horror films i'm still excited cause this it my very first fright fest...almost feels like my first convention....only i think i was practically jumping for joy with teh convention.

On to other news....I HAVE FOUND INSPIRATION!!!! yes finally i am drawing again..adn you won't believe where I found said inspiration. Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series. Yes, I have found inspiration from YGOTAS. Weird, huh? It's also rekindled my liking for the series itself. Now if that's not weird I don't know what is. But hey, at least I'm drawing again, right?

Name, Gender, Weapon, and the type of scene you want them in (ex. with or without corpse of replaced Wonderland character)

*Forehead meets desk* I'm so.....I have no idea. I'm tryign to sketch out a funny moment that happened between me a some friends...but how the hell am I supposed to get on it if I can't even find some decent inspiration. I've been doing nonsense sketches and such but seriously.....I'm just....bleh? Anybody got some inspiring words?

Here's a quick description of what the drawing is supposed to be. Roy Mustang, Roxas, Naruto, Misa....put them all in a pool playing volleyball. Roy and Roxas VS Naruto and Misa. I have no idea where to begin....do I start with the people then draw the pool around them or do I draw pool first then put the people in? This is why I need help...The concept is just crushing my artistic mind...it's like the little artist inside of me is crying........okay maybe not that bad..but still...anyone care to help or even give some inspiring words?

Yeah I know...haven't updated my journal in forever. But I've got lots to say for this one.

First off, I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed next Tuesday so I'm gonna be awy for about a week. So I'm wondering if someone can keep an eye on my pageviews while I'm away? They're almost at 7k and I'd really appreciate it if someone could do that while I'm drawing a Thankyou pic....I seriously need to make one...I'm so lazy about those. -_- So, yeah...um on to the next thing.

My friend Liz and I are almost done with her Chrome(Hitman Reborn) costume. We just need to add sleeves, the bib, and make her skirt which will be the easiest part. Then it's onto Link and Dark Link from Ocarina of Time. We're hoping to make a Bombchu that'll fit over a R/C car so we can drive it around. But yeah, we're currently just trying to finish Chrome right now. Speaking of costumes...I finished the eyepatch for Roy's costume so I'll try to get some pics up. They may just be of me with the eyepatch on though...lol.

Oh, while we're at it, who do you think I'm going to be: Link or Dark Link?

Let's see here, I'm waiting on a return call about a job application and my b-day's coming up so it should be fun. Oh and my marine bro is coming home early so he'll be home right before Easter. it's so exciting because it feels like I haven't seen him in years rather than months.

Well that's it for all my rambling...oh yeah..just one more thing. I saw this funny movie called "Legend of Link" Go search it up on Google videos. It's actually pretty good...and downright funny in some parts. So yeah....I'm done now.

I'm seriously excited!!!! My Roy Mustang costume came today so I can go as him for the contest this Saturday. Now all I have to do is make the eyepatch and I'm all set. I was so happy when I found that the costume fit perfectly on me. I was a bit worried about the waist of the pants but it's a nice fit. Legs are a bit long, but I'm tucking them into my combat boots so it doesn't matter. Again...Seriously happy. ^^ I can't wait to get the boots on and take a few pics together with in her Pein costume. This is gonna be uber amounts of fun.
